Technically you have a tilted horizon and also background looks a bit to blurred.
Would have needed a higher aparture.

Then its obvious, with reference to the title, what it is!
And if the fence is to high hold the camera over your head. then working out how to crop or clone out the next fence on the right thats in the picture above.
All while making sure the horizon is straight !
What you have photographed looks lie a pole with a fan of reeds stuck to the back. Great concept, go back
